What do we actually get?
Custom workflows built around your business, plus a dedicated delivery team to run and improve them. AI does the repeatable work. A relevant human specialist picks up exceptions in the same thread. We agree the goal, responsibilities and definition of done before deployment.
How do we pay?
A deployment fee agreed upfront, followed by an agreed percentage of the upside we create. There is no monthly retainer and no per-agent or per-workflow build fee. The deployment fee is separate from performance-based fees.
Can we add more workflows without another build bill?
Yes. We build and maintain additional custom workflows for your business without charging per workflow. There is no fixed agent-count package. We prioritize the work together within the agreed engagement and fair-usage terms.
Who pays for tokens and infrastructure?
Looqus covers all tokens, hosting and workflow infrastructure, subject to the agreed fair-usage policy. We evaluate and orchestrate the models, so you do not need new AI subscriptions for these workflows. Your advertising, inventory, shipping and existing business subscriptions remain your costs.
How is the upside measured?
We agree the baseline, eligible metric, attribution method and measurement window before work starts. Refunds, returns, costs and other growth drivers are accounted for as agreed. Platform-reported sales are not automatically incremental revenue. Growth is not guaranteed.
Who steps in when AI gets stuck?
Your dedicated delivery team includes AI engineering and specialists relevant to the workflow. They resolve exceptions, check work and carry the next action through in your team’s channel. Your people keep the approval decisions you want to own.
Do we need to approve everything?
No. We agree which routine actions can run within rules and which need review. Spending, publishing, customer commitments and sensitive changes follow your permissions. Important actions and approvals stay in the decision log.
What changes for an enterprise deployment?
We scope the data connections, hosting requirements, access controls, approval owners and human responsibilities with your technical team. Start with a function, then expand. Commercial terms and the definition of upside are agreed for your organization.
Will you automate more as AI improves?
Yes, when the workflow passes its quality checks. We test model changes against the actual work and expand automation when reliability supports it. The goal is better execution, not a fixed ratio of AI to people.
