Your business owner defines success. Your IT team agrees access. Authorized people retain the decisions you choose to keep.
Baseline, quality checks, escalation rules and outcome measures are written down before launch. Expansion follows evidence.
Yes. On-premises deployment is an option. We agree hardware capacity, model requirements, site readiness, network boundaries, update procedures and support access with your IT team. Hardware and operating responsibilities are specified in the deployment agreement.
Not automatically. External model APIs, connectors or remote support can create approved outbound access. If you require fully local inference or a disconnected environment, we assess that requirement explicitly and design around compatible models, licensing and support arrangements.
Relevant specialists pick up work when the workflow encounters an exception, ambiguity or a quality check that needs judgment. They work from the same evidence and decision history. Your approval policy determines what they can prepare, change or execute.
The business owner, baseline, acceptance tests, permitted systems and actions, human escalation rules, logging and retention requirements, support coverage, recovery procedures and rollout boundaries. Identity controls and deployment-specific security requirements are part of technical scoping.
Our core model is a deployment fee plus an agreed share of the upside. Enterprise scope, procurement requirements and commercial terms are agreed for your organization. We define the measurement boundary and exclusions together; we do not attribute all company growth to a workflow. Workflow expansion, tokens, infrastructure and on-site requirements are covered explicitly in that agreement.
Yes. The system is custom-built around your business, with no fixed agent-count package. We prioritize additional workflows within the agreed engagement and operating scope. Our core offer has no per-workflow build fee; material changes to environments or support requirements are agreed before expansion.
We orchestrate models around the task, your data policy and the chosen deployment environment. Model changes are tested against the workflow’s quality requirements before rollout. Your business process and decision history remain the foundation.
Choose one function with a clear owner and measurable baseline. Connect the necessary systems, test realistic cases and exceptions, then release within agreed limits. Monitor quality and business results, train the people involved, and expand when the evidence supports it.
